Nutty Pretzel Bark



I love this recipe because of its simplicity … if you need to whip up a quick snack for a get-together or for a potluck holiday party, this one is great. I’m not a huge chocolate lover, but I found these to be rather tasty … and delectably addictive.

15 oz. (15 squares) semi-sweet chocolate
1-1/4 cups chopped pretzels
1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts

Melt the chocolate in a medium saucepan over very low heat. Stir pretzels and nuts into the chocolate. Spread onto waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Cover with another piece of wax paper and press until flattened. Refrigerate one hour or until firm. Break into pieces.
